Account Policy, Terms Updates & Governing Law

Users may also request to close their account at any time. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before closing your account, as recovering funds after closure may be complicated. bt 99 reserves the right to impose a maintenance fee on accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more, which will be deducted from the relevant balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. The competent courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or legal claim. The Bangla version of these Terms & Conditions shall be considered authoritative, and in the event of any dispute, the version published on this page shall be final.
